I have stories stock piling in my mind. Silly things that Meadow has done. Experiences we have had. Questions I am asking. Life we are living. Adjusting we are doing. Processing I’m working through.
Simple stories.
Our normal everyday life that is important to no one in particular but me, really. Or maybe us.
The stories take time, though. And time is not in abundance right now. I care too much about the stories to let them pass. But I care too much about the stories to throw them out there without care and attention. The stories will come, but not yet.
Tonight I stop here simply to breathe. To appreciate the little things (that really aren’t little at all) that put everything else in perspective.
As the boxes are slowly unpacked and we search out whatever will be our new normal, we have found one thing to be true. This beautiful piece of earth that we now call home? It offers so much more than a foundation for our home.
Morning, noon and night we have been blessed with an ever changing, spectacular show put on by the Maker of the earth Himself.
I’m a realist, though. I know how life goes.
I guess today, I hope that my attempt to breathe will help you to take a minute to breathe as you see the beauty that exists with a simple glance toward the sky.
It really is that simple, isn’t it?
Have a lovely Tuesday, Friends.
(I’m also blogging here today if you’d like to visit.)

Katy, I'm counting the days.
I think you were meant to live there. Beautiful.
I think so too, Steffany.
